Just in time for the Rose Bowl Drink II

Ingredients

* 2 tablespoons rose syrup (found in Indian markets and at specialty food stores)
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 1 1/2 cups vodka
* 1 tablespoon torn mint leaves
* 6 cups chilled club soda
* 3 cups ice
* Organic rose petals for garnish


Directions

1. Put the rose syrup and sugar in a small glass bowl and microwave until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Pour the syrup into a large pitcher.
3. Add the vodka and the torn mint and stir.
4.Add the soda and the ice.
5.Strain into tall ice-filled glasses. Garnish with rose petals.
