Instructions
Divide the mint leaves between two 10-ounce glasses, then add 2 teaspoons of the superfine sugar to each glass.
Coarsely crush the mint leaves and the sugar.
Divide the light rum and the lime juice between the glasses, then top each with a few ice cubes and the chilled soda water. Garnish with sprigs of mint and serve.
