A Long Island Iced Tea is not really ice tea but, is a mixture of many ingredients, usually vodka, gin, tequila, and rum.
Legend has it that the drink was invented during the Prohibition era, as a way of taking the appearance of a non-alcoholic drink (iced tea).

1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Tequila (optional)
1/2 oz. Triple Sec

Top with Coke
Garnish with a lemon twist
1 part vodka
1 part tequila
1 part rum
1 part gin
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
