Making Beer

Ingredients in beer
Water, malted barley, corn, hops and yeast …

Pasteurization allows the beer to be stored without refrigeration, extending
the shelf life to 120 days.

Brewing begins with malted barley and corn (in the form of grits) being mixed with water. The corn-malted barley mixture hangs out in the mash tun until the correct sugar content has been produced.

Fermentation begins with a liquid mixture called wort -
which is boiled-down malted barley, corn and hops. The
wort is taken from the brew kettle and placed in the
fermentation tank to begin the process.Fermenting takes about 8 to 10 days to complete.

After fermentation, the filtered, fermented wort is officially beer. It needs to mature in the aging tank comes.
